Lug Capping Unit:
This unit is very necessary for the process of capping pickle bottles. An easy process is used, to fulfill this requirement, wherein the cap is manually placed and aligned on the bottle mouth and the capping unit does the work of providing the required pre-set torque, needed to rigidly tighten the cap.
Turntable:
We have developed the round table from Stainless steel, and it is necessary for feeding the containers to be filled, on to the conveyor. The turntable is noted for its strength, long life, corrosion resistance and has a 1 meter diameter. Further, it is high on the quality standard and is also fitted with guides, which are required for guiding the containers to the moving conveyor.
Air Jet Cleaning:
This is a highly comprehensive and unique feature, present in our filling machines, whereby; the containers to be filled are properly cleaned, through pumping air at a pressure of 6 kg/sq.cm. Our professionals use industry leading techniques and the high pressure air loosens the existing dust particles and sucks them with the help of a vacuum facility. The process goes on and the discharged contents are put in a bag outside.
Vibrator:
Usually during the process of filling granular products and powders, the containers are compacted, so that the required volumes are filled without any hindrance. The vibrator is very necessary equipment and it shows its usage by imparting a vibration to the container being filled. This helps the compacting and filling processes to be performed at the same time. It is also very easy to vary the speed of vibration, with the help of a variable frequency drive, which we offer along with our products.
Plug Pressing Unit:
This plug pressing unit is known for its outstanding quality and closes the filled containers by pressing a cap on the mouth of the container. We usually place the cap on the container and on reaching the capping station, we use an automatic pressing device to plug the cap on the container.
Pump:
Our high quality pneumatic transfer pumps are developed from fine materials and sophisticated technology; and are utilized for transferring the material to be filled, from an intermediary hopper to the main hopper of the machine.
